Low Carb Strawberry Cheesecake Dip

Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or sweetener of choice
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup crushed pecans or almonds optional, for topping
- Fresh strawberries for dipping
Instructions:
Beat the cream cheese in a bowl until it's smooth
Add the erythritol powder and keep beating until everything is well mixed
Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract slowly while beating the mixture
Keep beating until it is smooth and creamy
Add the chopped strawberries slowly
Put the dip in a bowl for serving and put it in the fridge for at least an hour so the flavors can mix
