Ravioli Lasagna
Ravioli Lasagna is a quick and tasty take on regular lasagna. Instead of lasagna noodles, it uses cheese-filled ravioli. It's cheesy and saucy, and it's great for a cozy family meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 package frozen cheese ravioli
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish optional
Instructions:
Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C
Put ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix them together
Put a little marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish
A single layer of frozen ravioli should be put on top of the sauce
Put half of the ricotta mix on top of the ravioli
Put half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top of the ricotta mix
Add more layers with the rest of the ingredients, ending with cheese on top
Put foil over the baking dish and bake for 25 minutes
Take off the foil and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly
If you want, add fresh basil leaves as a garnish before serving
