Paprika Spiced Cheese Spread Sandwich



The paprika-spiced cheese spread sandwich with fresh vegetables is creamy and full of flavor. It's a quick and easy way to eat lunch or a snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 slices bread of your choice
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Sliced cucumbers

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper

Mix until well combined

Spread the cheese mixture generously onto one side of each slice of bread

Layer lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes, and sliced cucumbers on top of the cheese spread on four bread slices

Top with the remaining four bread slices to form sandwiches

Cut the sandwiches diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap them in foil for later enjoyment
