Layered Mexican Pie Yogurt

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with salsa until well combined
In a separate bowl, combine the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, chopped cilantro, ground cumin, and chili powder
Start layering the ingredients in a serving dish or pie dish
Begin with a layer of the Greek yogurt and salsa mixture, followed by a layer of the bean and vegetable mixture
Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients, finishing with a layer of the Greek yogurt mixture on top
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top layer
Refrigerate the layered Mexican pie for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together
