Keto Chocolate Pound Cake Slices
You don't have to worry about the carbs when you eat chocolate pound cake slices that are moist and rich. This recipe is good for people on the keto diet because it gives you chocolate without making you eat too many carbs.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup erythritol or preferred low-carb sweetener
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
Either grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper
Put cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and mix them together
Cream the eggs, add the heavy cream, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients
Mix until everything is well mixed and a smooth batter forms
As soon as the loaf pan is ready, pour the batter into it and use a spatula to smooth the top
Put it in the oven and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean
The cake should cool in the pan for 10 minutes before being moved to a wire rack to cool all the way down
After it has cooled, cut it into even pieces and serve
