Crispy Black Pepper Chicken



Enjoy the irresistible crunch of this Crispy Black Pepper Chicken, where tender chicken breasts are coated in a flavorful blend of crushed black peppercorns and spices, then fried to perfection.

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 2 tablespoons black peppercorns, crushed
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions:

Put crushed black peppercorns, flour, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder in a shallow dish

Mix them together

Mix the eggs and milk together in a different bowl

After dipping each chicken breast in the egg mix, cover it all over with the seasoned flour mix

Put the vegetable oil in a big skillet and heat it over medium-high heat

This will take about 5 to 6 minutes per side

Fry the chicken breasts in the hot oil until they are golden brown and crispy

Take the chicken out of the pan and put it on a plate lined with paper towels to drain the extra oil

Serve hot, and if you want, top with more crushed black pepper
