Ingredients:

• 200g Gorgonzola
• 200g Taleggio
• 200g Parmigiano Reggiano
• 200g Pecorino Toscano
• 150g honey
• 100g walnuts
• 100g grapes

Instructions:

Put Gorgonzola, Taleggio, Parmigiano Reggiano, and Pecorino Toscano cheese slices on a platter to serve

Spread honey on top of the cheeses

Add walnuts on top of that

Add grapes as a garnish

Let it sit at room temperature
